Our Story

Through my time teaching childbirth classes in a hospital setting, I learned so much about the struggles of the peri-natal period and how critical that time can be for families. I saw a disconnect between all of the resources available for families and the difficulty of vetting providers and scheduling appointments during a very busy and overwhelming time. I wanted to make that time a bit easier to navigate by decreasing that burden of sourcing and scheduling. am passionate about making people’s lives better. I have found many, any ways of applying this passion

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Rachael Jumonville, MS, CCCE, RYT

I am a lifelong learner driven by a steady purpose: making people’s lives better. At a high school leadership retreat, when asked what I was passionate about, my answer was simple and true — “I just love people.” That answer has guided every choice since.

My love of people shows up in teaching, supporting, and guiding across many settings. I’ve taught yoga, led childbirth classes, coached volleyball, and served as a Girl Scout leader. I’ve taught nutrition in casual community settings, overseas, and at the university level. These varied experiences have shaped a practical, compassionate approach to helping others.

Over time I’ve refined my work in nutrition instruction to focus on improving health through achievable dietary changes, grounded in the psychology of behavior change. My priority is designing recommendations that are accessible and sustainable, so people can adopt habits that truly stick. Whether in a classroom, a studio, or one-on-one, I aim to meet people where they are and provide the tools and support they need to thrive.

I’m a wife and mom to 4 kids (3 boys and a girl), ranging in age from 8-16, so I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family life and your own health. I’m here to show you that it’s possible to do it well with the right mindset, strategies, and support. I specialize in creating simple and sustainable workouts and nutrition strategies that fit into your real-life schedule. Whether you’re looking to stay fit through your pregnancy, eat a more balanced diet, improve your energy levels, or simply feel your best postpartum, I tailor everything to meet you where you’re at and help you build habits that last. Together, we’ll create a routine that works for your lifestyle—so that you can take care of yourself while still taking care of others.
